Summer Sorbet was installed at Rosebud Jetty as part of the Art on the Pier exhibition in 2024.

Summer Sorbet is inspired by eating ice cream on a summer beach. Full of fresh hues and organic shapes, it bursts with vibrant colours, neons and metallics. This painting features a dynamic composition of scattered circles and abstract shapes, creating a visually striking and captivating piece. It will make you yearn for warm weather and delicious treats.
