Terms and Conditions:

1. The competition is open to all customers who make a purchase at My Favourite Colour is Rainbow (http://www.myfavouritecolourisrainbow.com.au) during the period from 11:59pm on 25 March 2024, to 11:59pm on 30 April 2024. Please note that purchases made through my stores on other marketplaces will not be eligible for entry.

2. To enter, customers must make a purchase during the specified period. Upon purchase, customers will be prompted to select their preferred prize - either the Geometric Rainbow shoes or crossbody bag. If this option does not appear, please make sure you email me so I can add you to the correct entry pool (& update the page with the missing form!).

3. Each order entitles the customer to one entry into the draw. Multiple orders made at different times will result in multiple entries.

4. The winner of each prize (shoes or bag) will be randomly selected from their respective pool of entries.

5. Winners will be drawn at 8:00pm on 1 May 2024 and notified via email within 24 hours. Winners must make contact within two days of notification to claim their prize. Failure to do so will result in the selection of a new winner.

6. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other item.

7. By entering the competition, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

8. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these Terms and Conditions without notice in the event of unforeseen circumstances.

9. Full disclosure, the shoes have been worn (with socks!) for a couple of minutes for content. The soles are pristine and they are otherwise fresh as a daisy.
